Fake Militaries: So Fucking Fashionable

Why do so many famous performers go military in their look after making it? It never changes: artist has enormous breakout. Next record they come back looking like fascist soldiers who really embrace velvet and flashes of color (crucial to the revolution). It afflicts a certain kind of performer (self-indulgent, overly serious), but is it stylists or just ego? So weird.
